Terms of the trial

What the trial is

An early, free trial of a design method that reads the rules inside an image and turns them into a design record and prompts for your own image tools. It does not make images. It may change, pause or stop at any time, and it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or over and use your own email address. Each person may use two free sessions.

Your images and your work

• Upload only images you made or have permission to use. You remain responsible for the rights in what you upload.
• You own what you write and the results of your sessions, subject to the rights of anyone whose image you used.
• You allow us to store and process your uploads and results to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy page.

What the results are, and are not

The results are design ideas and prompts for exploration. They are not architectural, engineering or other professional services, and they are not checked for building codes, safety or buildability. Any real project needs qualified professionals.

Fair use

Do not:

• try to extract, copy or reconstruct the instructions, rules or methods behind the app, or reverse engineer it;
• use the app or its results to build, train or improve a competing product or AI model;
• use scripts, bots or other automated means to access the app, or scrape it;
• get around limits, share accounts, or interfere with the service or other people’s use of it;
• upload unlawful content, or images of people without their permission.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms.
